Faculty of Education, The Department of Special Education
I am a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Special Education. I earned my PhD in Cognitive Psychology at Tel Aviv University and was a postdoctoral fellow at The Department of Psychology and The Center for Neural Science at New York University.
I study visual cognition, attention and perceptual learning with an eye toward implications for neurorehabilitation. In particular, I aim to understand how various memory and learning mechanisms interact with attention and perception and how they can be implemented to enhance/rehabilitate visual perception. In my work, I integrate ideas from various theoretical traditions and research techniques including psychophysics, behavioral study, and computational models.
Visual perception' MA students; 'Statistics' MA students; both suitable for people from other disciplines
